Bacon Merchandise

Going Green!  The phrase “going green” can mean different things to different people.  For the Bacon PTA it means partnering with “fashion forward” green companies such a sGreenprinting for our apparel.  The company has been in business for 20 years and they specialize in elementary and middle school apparel.  They have developed a rather unique screen printing technique that uses no harmful PVCs or phthalates.  Instead, they use water-based inks that produce an extremely soft, durable print that poses no health risks.  Going green also means offering reusable aluminum water bottles that are BPA free and that are lined with an FDA approved coating.  A green school like Bacon deserves green merchandise and that is what the Bacon PTA is trying to accomplish.

New for the 2010-2011 school year

We will have limited quantities of each item on hand to sell at various Bacon PTA events throughout the year and through online orders.  If we run out of a particular size, we will simply pool the requests together and make another large order.

White short-sleeve t-shirt with red 360 banding.  The banding method has a soft, comfortable feel with an inherent weathered and distressed look.  No two shirts will be exactly the same as the image continually wanders.  Price:  $12 (youth), $15 (adult).

Red full-zip hoodie with black-print design.  The printing is a natural, weather look wherein each piece is an original with its own unique character and natural imperfections.  Price:  $25 (youth), $30 (adult).

Red and black baseball cap.  The caps can be adjusted via the velcro strap and come with a Bulldog logo.  Price:  $10.

Size

Black aluminum 20 oz water bottle.  These bottles are BPA free and come with an FDA approved coating.  They are lightweight and they have a hinged cap with push/pull spout as well as a matching carabiner with strap.  They come with a silver Bulldog log and a place to put your child’s name in permanent marker.  Price:  $7.
